In the Modern AU I'm working on for the Laika kids, Norman and Kubo are dating. So I drew them together for Pride! And my one friend, Nico headcanons Kubo as being a transboy. So here's to you, Nico!!
I, my girlfriend and many of my friends are apart of the LGBT community. I have struggled emotionally with accepting who I was, and with the help of my wonderful girlfriend, I've been able to understand and accept myself for who I am. Along with that, I've watched many of my friends struggle with their own issues. I've watched many of my fellow LGBT+ friends struggle with their families, with themselves, and with the societal standards set onto them. I've watched many of them have to pretend they are something they aren't just to stay safe.
This goes out to you guys! Together we can be stronger. I'll be here to fight with you till we've got no fight left in us! I love you guys!
